Shameless plug for the MPC Conference:
Hopefully you are waking up in Vancouver today or tomorrow and attending the annual Mortgage Professionals Canada conference this weekend. It is going to be a stellar event!
The mega mastermind session on Saturday has more than 100 participants registered (there are still a few seats available). We will be forming small ‘circles of trust’ for two full hours of deep process sharing conversation. It is going to be an excellent session.
Shameless plug for Volume 3.
Being able to hand deliver copies of Volume 3 is kind of cool too. This is the book I wanted to write from the beginning of this project. It dives deep into the day-to-day workings of a client file with thousands of words of the exact scripts I use to convert first time callers to completed applications on that opening phone call, all the way through the process with detailed review of lender selection and the documents signing process including compliance and insurance documents. It wraps on the key words ‘File Complete’.

I’ve been reading, and dissecting Dustan Woodhouse’s Be The Better Broker (Volume 2) and it’s truly a remarkable and must read book for anyone in the mortgage business. I’ve been in this business for 3725 days and his second volume on success for the first 1-100 days still provides me with amazing insight that I will use from here on out. Highlighted and dog eared for future reference and relearning.
